Tal Bar David leads Magma Devs as CEO, with responsibilities spanning product strategy, budgeting, and recruitment across the company’s international operations. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Tal Bar David serves on the company's board. His work includes developing partnerships with fintech businesses and blockchain teams.
At Magma Devs, he oversees Smart Router, which manages remote procedure call traffic across more than 100 chains. Its functions cover request routing, validation, and monitoring. Previously, he cofounded the sales tax automation company Complyt and led it from 2021 until 2025. The business grew to 30 employees across regions before its acquisition by VAT IT.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young, managing U.S. tax consulting for multinational companies between 2017 and 2021. A certified public accountant, he draws on a background that includes a tax department internship at Shibolet & Co. He earned law and business administration degrees at Reichman University, concentrating on accounting.
